How we check clinic information and what our data-quality levels mean.

Data-quality levels explained

Data verified listing

The clinic's details were corroborated against multiple sources. The information shown — including services, pricing, and contact details — has been reviewed for accuracy. This reflects data quality only: it cannot be bought, and a paid listing does not receive it.

Community-sourced listing

This listing was submitted or confirmed by the community. Details are unconfirmed by Tattoo Removal Guide directly. We display the information as provided and encourage users to check details with the clinic.

Data unconfirmed listing

Sourced from public information only, not yet confirmed with the clinic. Always check details directly before making decisions based on this listing.

These levels describe how well we could confirm a clinic's public information. They are separate from our paid Verified and Featured listings, which change a clinic's placement and what the clinic can control on its own profile — never how we grade its data.

Our data practices

Regular reviews. We review clinic listings periodically to check that information remains accurate. Each listing shows when it was last reviewed.

Source confidence. We track how confident we are in each listing's accuracy. High-confidence listings were corroborated across multiple sources.

Clinic claims. Clinic owners can claim their profile, free of charge, to update information directly. Claims are checked for ownership before changes are published.

Community submissions. Anyone can submit a clinic they know about. Submissions are reviewed before being published.
